safari 不支持background-fixed解决方案，在切图时候遇到的问题，ios不支持background-fixed，这是每个浏览器的渲染差异造成的，针对ios的个别情况，只能勉强解决，使其不放大模糊，但是定位问题只能舍弃，附代码：
